Mmm, fondue

September 19th, 2006 No comments

Work sucks. Oh, yes.

School starts next week. I have all my books and I paid $500 to PCC this morning. *sob*

Dinner tonight was fried foods extravaganza. Schwan’s popcorn chicken, tater tots (not Schwan’s, Schwan’s chicken egg roll and Schwan’s apple flautas that I haven’t eaten yet.

Mom got the flautas. She baked some once and they sucked fucking ass. Then we got the deep fryer and now they’re SO FUCKING GOOD.

Oh, yeah.

If you were a fondu would I eat you?

I would eat the living hell out of you

you would make excellent fondu!

Well, fuck.

Did a little boo boo on my financial aid. When I got the letter saying how much I was getting I decided to do my application online instead of the paper one they sent. Turns out that was for the bank, not the school.

I think I’ll be okay, probably just my disbursal will be delayed.

Work is poop. Most of the eye candy has left one way or another. Some professional difficulties, some interpersonal problems. Blah-dee-blah-dee crap, really. I hope skilled labor is better than unskilled. Really, really hope.

Going down to 3 days a week once school starts, which is the 25th of September. Looking forward to knowing what day it is, although I’m not particularly jazzed about my courses. Direct Digital Controls (don’t ask), Electricity for the non-Electrician (that is, for people not licensed as electricians because of the way the IBEW has fucked the state of Oregon), Intro to Chillers (devices that make water really cold for air conditioning) and Pneumatics. And Psych 101, which was supposed to be a place I could find naive 18 year olds fresh out of high school to lure to my new apartment. That’s not happening. But the course is required so I’m still taking it.

This has been a really, really crappy summer.

Dinner tonight…

An open face chili cheese burger. With bacon bits on top.

And a Snapple green apple flavor White Tea, loaded with antioxidants.

My body is confused.
